Known for: The fastest human who ever lived
“I don't think limits.”
Biography
A tall, joyful Jamaican who was told his height made him wrong for sprinting, Usain Bolt rewrote the record books and the mood of an entire sport. Eight Olympic gold medals, world records in the 100m and 200m that still stand, and the "Lightning Bolt" pose that a whole planet imitated: he made being the greatest look like the most fun anyone had ever had.
He won three consecutive Olympic sprint doubles, a feat never achieved before, and did it grinning, dancing, playing to the crowd, then blazing away faster than any human recorded. When Usain Bolt ran, the world stopped for ten seconds, because it was watching the fastest a person has ever moved.
